2010 Pre-Season Rankings - Southeast
Two storied high school football programs begin the season at the top of the 2010 Prep Football America pre-season rankings for the, always tough, Southeast region.
St. Thomas Aquinas (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) and Camden County (Kingsland, GA) are, once again, loaded with a ton of talent. The two teams square off on October 1st, in Ft. Lauderdale, in a nationally televised game on ESPNU.
Plant (Tampa, FL), Hoover (AL) and Northwestern (Mimai, FL) round out the top five sports in the always tough southeastern part of the nation.

The Miami Hurricanes have won the battle for his services over Florida, Florida State, Clemson and South Carolina.
The talented Nix (6-2, 315), who displays a unique blend of size, strength and quickness, puts up a strong bid as one of the top D-Lineman around the nation. Nix should compete for ealry playing time at the next level. Read the full story ...

| Offers roll in for Markeith Ambles Prep Football All-American Markeith Ambles heads a deep group of wide-outs in this class, and he is one of the top overall athletes coming out of Georgia in 2010. With excellent height and weight (6-3, 182) Ambles shows signs of being an excellent college prospect.
Ambles, from McDonough (GA) Henry County, is the type of wide-out who can stretch the field and he creates mismatches for his opponents, both on the perimeter and in the slot. Ambles runs sharp routes, can cut on a dime, and he has sticky hands to go along with his excellent body control. UConn and Louisiana Tech have tendered their offers in the past week.
The all-everything Broadway (6-1,198) is one of the top all-around athletes coming out of Louisiana for the class of 2010.

| Alabama & LSU in the lead for Rueben Randle Prep Football All-American Rueben Randle has everything you want in a receiver with size, speed, smarts and good hands.
The talented WR, from Bastrop, LA, played QB as a senior, but will line up as a wideout in college. Randles Top 5 include Alabama, LSU, Auburn, USC & Florida.
